Salomi has been actively involved in teaching, instructing & leading various classes, corporate workshops, health camps (cardiac camp, respiratory camp, pregnancy camp etc.) for last 11 years and currently operates from her own studio YOGA RHYTHMS for past 7 years. Her basic style of instructing is Vinyasa which means linking of yoga postures through movement & breath. With her repertoire of experiences from different fields (Ashtanga yoga, hatha yoga, Iyengar yoga, kathak, folk dance, tai chi, aerobics, tennis), she has evolved her own style which make her classes are inspiring, unique and challenging. She is a columnist with India’s leading newspaper DNA since the past two years and her weekly columns on ‘Yoga and Wellness’ are highly thought provoking. She is also a loving mother to a dynamic 8-year old boy.
